Hello Sutro Stewards!

Hi everyone!

I wanted to introduce myself to the group.  I just finished yet another wonderfully refreshing hike through Mt. Sutro, although this time, I decided to get more actively involved in the important work of the Sutro Stewards, starting by creating a personal profile on this website.  :)  I'd love to help preserve, protect and maintain this wonderful piece of nature in the middle of San Francisco and look forward to getting more involved.  From what I've learned, Mt. Sutro just wouldn't be what it is today without this group, and working to preserve this land is very important to me personally, as I'm sure it is to all of you.  And I've only been living in San Francisco for 9 months!  

It appears that scheduled volunteer events occur once/month on the first Saturday?  Is this right?  Are there any other opportunities to get involved in addition to this day?
