BIPOC Affinity Nursery Program - Planting Joy

🌿 Come Join Our First-Ever BIPOC Affinity Nursery Program! 🌿

We’re excited to invite folks who self-identify as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to join us at the Sutro Native Plant Nursery on Mount Sutro for a special, welcoming nature gathering! Hosted by three facilitators of color, this is a wonderful chance to connect with nature and each other, learn about native plant care, enjoy peaceful mountain journaling and art, and help plant edible native plants in our garden beds.

Our theme is "Planting Joy"—a celebration of nurturing the land, our spirits, and our community. In this inclusive and supportive space, we’ll grow together, learn from each other, and build connections, all while fostering joy and resilience through nature.
